Do you accept custom orders?

We aren't currently accepting ANY custom orders or customizations on any of our products available in our shop. However, as a web and graphic design agency, we do accept projects after a review period. If you are interested in starting a project with us, please send an email to info@awduncancreative.com. 

Do you offer printing services?

We do not offer any printing services at this time for any of our products/projects. Since we focus specifically on providing graphic design services to our clients, we don't have the time/resources to provide prints at the quality of our vendors. Instead, we recommend using FedEx Kinkos, Staples, Office Max/Depot, or a local print shop - as they are able to work directly with you and help you achieve the highest quality print possible. 

My PDF template isn't working correctly.

If your text isn't displaying correctly, the font is substituting, or your file isn't saving correctly, then you aren't editing the template WITHIN Adobe Acrobat Reader. We cannot guarantee the performance of any file from our shop if it is being edited outside of Acrobat Reader. 

Please download and open your PDF in the latest version for FREE to avoid any formatting, font, or saving issues when making edits to your file: www.get.adobe.com/reader. 

What is editable and what is not editable?

Please see the details on individual product listings and gallery images to determine what text is editable. Unfortunately, not all text may be editable due to copyright regulations and design requirements. If you open a file and text is NOT highlighted, then it is NOT editable.

Our hours of operation are from 8am - 5pm Central Standard Time (Monday thru Friday). We do our best to respond within 24-48 hours (M-F). However, if we are experience a large volume of emails, or if troubleshooting is required to fix your issue, then a reply may take a little longer.
